Shipping Options:

USPS Economy Shipping (5-8 Business Days): $7.95

USPS Standard Shipping (3-4 Business Days): $14.95

Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days): $45.00

Important Shipping Information:

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.

If you place multiple orders on the same day, please email us to combine your orders and we will refund one shipping charge.

Please double-check your shipping address. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. We will email you upon receipt and request updated information.

Order Processing:

Orders are shipped from Jasper, Alabama.

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Inquiries about order status before 5 business days may delay processing.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your package is lost in transit, email us at belleandrosathreads@gmail.com to initiate a claim. Claims can only be filed after 15 days for USPS packages. If the package cannot be located, we will reship your items or issue a refund if the items are no longer available.

We are not responsible for stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the carrier directly.
