Return Policy

Return Policy – Belle & Rosa Threads

We hope that you love all your purchases from Belle & Rosa Threads. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return.

You can request a return in the customer portal by clicking your order and click the Request Return button.

Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. The following items are FINAL SALE: accessories, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tees, pajamas, makeup, sweatshirts, swimwear, and athletic wear. ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE ON THE PACKING SLIP WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. 

Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, etc., will not be accepted. Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.

We do not offer exchanges.

You must purchase a return label from the mail carrier of your choice, or you can email us at belleandrosathreads@gmail.com to invoice you for a return label.

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper to protect the item.

Shoes must be sent back in the original shoe box. Shoe boxes should be shipped back in a box to protect the items. Shoes sent back with shipping labels directly on the shoe box or in a bag will result in a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. If purchased on the app, the credit will go back to your app account.

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within two days of receipt of your order. Please email us at belleandrosathreads@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses is not considered damaged.
